(Leftover) Bolognese Crostini

My Dad has long kept his ‘Bolognese’ recipe a strict secret. Consequently, l leave you with simply an idea (but a good one at that).


Left-over mid-week pasta sauce? Kill two birds with one stone, and dollop it onto a crostino. Yes, mine had some scarcity issues – unfair proportioning, too much underbelly on show – yet G to a Ragù is as eager as a moth to a flame.
