Singer-songwriter, WSET Diploma student, and an advocate for all things cheese and wine.

 

With family roots in Pisciotta (a quaint village South of Naples), Madrid, and London, it seems fitting, albeit clichéd, to declare that food & drink are an essential part of who I am. 

 

The fascinating thing about cheese & wine is how each is born from a simple main ingredient, yet the diversity and variety that results is endless.
